Shipping policy
Processing:
Most items will be processed in 24 hours. Some may take longer if you order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, then your order can take between 5-10 business days to process. If you need it urgently. If you need it urgently or have another issue, you can get help from our support team.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Packed:
Once 'packed/fulfilled' orders may not be changed or cancelled.
Shipping:
The Good Gall Centre partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, Royal Mail, UPS,and FedEx.
Note: Shipping times will be affected during public holidays: manufacturers and couriers will limit their operation at these times. This is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Deliveries
If you do not receive your order based on the last day of the expected delivery date please contact us at customer service.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items are health and personal care items and downloadable software products.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Customer service .
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your items to us for inspection.
Return shipping
To return your product, you should mail it back to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
It is advised that you use a tracking shipping service as we can't guarantee we will receive your item and we are not liable for lost or missing items.
